Maths Builder resources supporting Stage 3 of the NSW Mathematics syllabus

Stage 3 refers to work usually covered in Years 5 and 6.

Each NESA content heading below (shown in blue), is followed by the Maths Builder content, e-Text pages and worksheets, that relate to that syllabus heading.

The A references of the NESA content headings refer to Year 5 expectations.
The B references of the NESA content headings refer to Year 6 expectations.

Maths Builder content at Year 5 (e-Text 5) relates more closely to the A references of the NESA content headings (eg ‘Additive relations A’).
Maths Builder content at Year 6 (e-Text 6) relates more closely to the B references of the NESA content headings (eg ‘Additive relations B’).

Teachers should choose the worksheets appropriate to their students’ needs.
